PS 83 Pumpkin Patch
Thank you Councilman Vacca!!
Today Councilman Vacca came to visit us to introduce a new horticultural grant that will allow us to convert our front yard into an outdoor classroom. With the help of the Horticultural Society, we will be building upon our garden while also creating an outdoor classroom with tree stumps for chairs and desks.
The event started with the Councilman giving away pumpkins and reading a book called How Many Seeds in a Pumpkin? by Margaret McNamara.
